OUR CLASSES
ONE METHOD
TWO WAYS
Every Native class is rooted in proper Pilates, thoughtful teaching and movement that actually makes sense. Whether you’re in the mood for something controlled, strong and intentional, or you want more heat, pace and that full-body shake, there’s a class to meet you where you are. No levels, no pressure - just choose the intensity you’re craving and we’ll take it from there.

Our signature reformer experience.

The Native Method blends strength, mobility, balance and core work into a full-body reformer workout designed to help you move better, feel stronger and build confidence with every class.

Perfect for beginners and experienced movers alike.
Expect: Full-body strength • Core focus • Mobility • Balance • Good vibes

A little more fire. A lot more fun.
Love the Method but ready to turn things up?
Native Sculpt is our higher-energy reformer class, designed to challenge your strength, raise your heart rate and leave you with that addictive post-class buzz.
Expect dynamic sequences, longer holds, deeper burns and those satisfying shakes—all while staying true to the principles of Pilates. It's still suitable for all levels, with plenty of options to increase or decrease the intensity depending on how you're feeling.
Perfect for anyone looking to sweat a little more, challenge themselves, and feel seriously strong.
Expect: Deep burns • Elevated heart rate • Full-body strength • Core focus • Endorphins

I’m new to Pilates — can I do this?
Yes, absolutely. Our classes are designed to be welcoming for all levels, whether you’re joining Native Method or Native Sculpt.

Please message the studio before booking so we can talk you through our pregnancy policy and make sure you’re booked into the right class for you.
We want you to feel safe, supported and fully looked after.

FIRST SESSION DEETS
When should I arrive?
Please around 10 minutes prior to the start time to your session. Our instructors can help induct you onto the equipment and get to know you! The instructor locks the door right on the class time - if you are late unfortunately you will need to reschedule
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in! Something easy to move in - don't forget your grip socks!
Why do I need to wear grip socks?
Grip socks are 100% mandatory for hygiene and safety reasons.
Do you sell socks?
Yes, we sell grip socks at the studio - but you can bring your own if you prefer - trampoline park socks work just fine!
Should I tell the instructor I have an injury?
Absolutley! Please let us know what you are going through - we are not a large studio and can really give you what your body needs if we know whats going on.
Can I film the class on my phone?
We do not allow filming during our sessions - before and after absolutely!
BOOKING POLICIES
Arrive Early
Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts, especially if you’re new to Native.
The studio door will be locked when class begins, so if you arrive late, unfortunately you won’t be able to join. This keeps everyone safe, settled and ready to move without disrupting the class.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your class up to 12 hours before the class start time and your credit will be returned to your account.
If you cancel within the 12-hour cancellation window, this is classed as a late cancellation and you will lose that class credit. Our classes are small and often busy, so cancelling early gives someone else a fair chance to book your spot.
No-Show Policy
If you book a class and do not show up, you will lose that class credit and be charged a £5 no-show fee.
We know plans change, but empty reformers mean someone else missed the chance to come to class. Please be in touch!
Grip Socks
Grip socks are required for every class.
They help keep you safe and steady on the reformer, and they help us keep the studio clean and lovely for everyone. If you forget yours, don’t panic — you can buy a pair in the studio.
